1. Information We Collect

We collect Account Info (email, name), Payment Info (processed securely by our payment processors and billing providers), Channel Configurations/Inputs, and technical log data.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data strictly to operate the pipeline, process subscription billing, manage account support, and maintain system security. We do not use your inputs to train general-purpose public models.

3. Sub-Processors

Data is shared with key infrastructure providers solely to deliver generation services: Anthropic, OpenAI, Grok / Nano Banana, and our payment processor.

4. Downloads, free resources and email

What we collect.

• When you buy a download: your email address and any other details you enter at checkout, and your answers to the checkboxes there (accepting the terms, and getting updates by email). Our payment processor handles your payment details. We don't receive or store your card number.
• When you sign up for a free resource: your email address, the page you signed up from, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.
• When you click links in our emails: our email service records which links you click. We have turned off open tracking, so it does not record whether you open an email.
• When you email us: your address and what you write.

Why we use it. To deliver your purchase and send a download link again if you lose it. To take payments and process refunds. To send you the free resource you asked for. To send marketing email, only if you opted in. To answer your questions.

Who handles it. Our payment processor handles payments for the downloads. Our email service stores our email lists and sends our marketing email. Our hosting provider hosts our website and serves the pages and the download files. We don't sell or rent your email address. For the current list of providers, email support@clevercommand.com.

Emails. When you buy from us, we email you a receipt and any delivery or service messages. If you tick the box at checkout to get updates, we and our affiliated software platforms may also email you about related products and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Receipts and service messages. Our payment processor sends the payment receipt. Our email service sends marketing email only. We may also email you a delivery or service message, for example to send a download link again when you ask. These are not marketing, and we may send them whether or not you opted in to marketing.

Marketing email. We send marketing email only to people who chose to get it. You can choose in two ways: by signing up for a free resource and confirming your address, or by ticking the separate email box at checkout. The box that accepts the Terms is not that box. If you buy and don't tick the email box, we don't send you marketing email. We keep your address on a do-not-email list, so that we don't send you marketing email by mistake.

How to unsubscribe. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. You can also email support@clevercommand.com and ask us to stop. After you unsubscribe we keep your address on a do-not-email list, so we don't email you again by mistake. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop receipts and service messages.

How long we keep it. We keep order records for 7 years. We keep your address on our mailing list until you unsubscribe, and we may remove addresses that have been inactive for 24 months. If you ask us to delete your information, we do so within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep the record.
