Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clever Command, operated by Clever Command ("Clever Command," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. These Terms also apply when you buy a digital download from us (section 6).
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Clever Command. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Clever Command is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate video scripts and video content based on configuration you provide. Clever Command relies on third-party AI providers, including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Grok/Nano Banana models.
3. Subscriptions and Credits
Clever Command offers monthly/annual plans with Credits. Monthly credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Add-On Credits remain valid for 3 months from purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor.
Charges will appear as CLEVER VIDEO on your bank statement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to configure or use Clever Command to generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or that promotes violence. Automated moderation filters are in place.
5. Generated Content Rights
You retain ownership of your inputs. Subject to full payment and compliance, Clever Command grants you full rights to publish and monetize generated video assets on your channels.
6. The YouTube Anti-Slop Playbook and other digital downloads
This section covers the downloads we sell, such as The YouTube Anti-Slop Playbook and The Anti-Slop Copy-and-Paste Prompts for YouTube Scripts ("the downloads"). Sections 1 to 5 are about the Clever Command software.
Your license. When you buy a download, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read it and use it, for personal or business use, on channels you own or operate, including channels you run for clients.
What you can't do. Don't share the files or your download links with others. Don't sell, resell, post, upload or republish a download or any substantial part of it.
Educational content. The downloads are educational. They are not legal or financial advice. The YouTube Anti-Slop Playbook and Clever Command provide educational workflows, prompt frameworks, and software tools. Channel monetization is subject to YouTube's sole discretion and ongoing Terms of Service. Individual results vary; no specific monetization outcome is guaranteed.
No guaranteed results. We don't promise any result from using a download. YouTube decides what it monetizes, and its rules change.
Payment and refunds. Downloads are paid for through our payment processor. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Questions. Email support@clevercommand.com, including if you lose a download link.
7. Emails
When you buy from us, we email you a receipt and any delivery or service messages. If you tick the box at checkout to get updates, we and our affiliated software platforms may also email you about related products and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who sends what. Our payment processor sends the payment receipt. Our email service sends marketing email only.
Marketing email only if you opt in. We send marketing email only to people who chose to get it: either by signing up for a free resource and confirming their address, or by ticking the separate email box at checkout. Accepting these Terms is not consent to marketing email.
Unsubscribe. Use the link in any marketing email, or email support@clevercommand.com and ask us to stop. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop receipts or service messages.
